For orderly appearance of our condominium all co-owners and residents in this building should respect the following rules:
  1. Please let the front desk you have arrived upon occupy each time.
  2. Pets are not allowed in this build for the health and safety of everyone.
  3. Please do not hang anything over the balcony rail.
  4. Please do not make any noise to disturb your neighbor.
  5. Please do not leave your shoes or anything else in front of the door of your unit.
  6. Please use the facilities with good care.
  7. Garbage or personal things will not be allowed in the common areas.
  8. To use swimming pool, please wear swimming suit. Children under 6 years old need to be with parent or adult.
  9. Food & drink are not allowed in swimming pool area.
  10. Skateboard or inflatable boat are not allow to play in the building.
  11. Please do not move sun beds umbrellas or chairs from their place.
