No, Tira Tiraa Committee are acting on behalf of individual property owners and employ a salaried
Tira Tiraa does NOT operate as a hotel ● All Condos are self catering
What should I book first, my flight or my accommodation?
To ensure a quick and final booking, we recommend that the customer purchase their flight tickets before booking the Condo, then we can all be sure of the correct dates
We cannot guarantee that the booking can be moved even a few days, especially in high season as we become fully booked very quickly

What and how much is the Security Deposit?
Tenants have to pay a security deposit at the time of reservation. This is returnable less electricity, water, final laundry, final cleaning and any damage charges when you have checked out
The security deposit depends on the rental period:
฿ 10,000 on any rental period less than 1 month
฿ 15,000 on any rental period from 1 month and less than 3 months
1 month rent, on any rental period from 3 months and less than 6 months
2 month rent, on any rental period from 6 months and less than 12 months
3 month rent, on any rental period from 12 months or more
In special cases, the security deposit can be reduced, with acceptance from the Co-owner
We strongly recommend you take out adequate Insurance to cover your holiday
including cancellation cover
How will I know how much to pay and how do I pay the Security Deposit?
Details of payment will be sent by email once your reservation is confirmed.
Thailand uses the SWIFT system NOT IBAN
The security deposit is returnable when you have checked out, less electricity, water, laundry and any damage charges
The security deposit can be paid in Cash or to the Bank account by Bank Transfer and only in Thai ฿aht.

How do I pay the rental amount and do you accept Credit Cards?
If not already paid in advance by bank transfer (see above), the rental amount must be paid in cash

Do you send booking vouchers?
No, a new receipted invoice will be sent to you once we have received the security deposit

How accurate are the availability calenders?
We cannot guarantee the accuracy of the online calendars, but when you make a booking or reservation request we will double check the availability with the Condo owner before confirming back to you. You should never assume that an apartment is booked for you until you receive confirmation from us
What time is Check-in & Check-out?
Official Check-in is 2pm and Check-out is 10am
Are there extra charges for electricity or water?
Prices on the individual Condos are in Thai ฿aht and exclude electricity, water, internet, final cleaning and laundry (except where specified) Obviously these charges will depend on your usage
Do the Condo have air conditioning?
Yes, all the Condos are equipped with air conditioning units which can be used on a fan only setting
Do the Condos have a safety deposit box?
No, It depends on the individual Condo owner if they have a safety deposit box
Are bed linens and towels provided in the room?
All Condos are equipped with towels and bedding
Do you have English speaking channels on the TV?
Tira Tiraa Condominium has limited English channels such as: Al-Jazeera, NHK, Channel News Asia
Some Condo owners provide extra TV channels
Do you have Wi-Fi Internet?
Yes, wireless internet is available throughout the building:
There is a charge for this service unless included in the rental charge
Unless the co-owner has their own Wi-Fi sytem you buy an internet card on a per connection basis
Do the Condos provide wheelchair access?
There are wheelchair ramps into the building, a first floor accessibly toilet and a service elevator with wider doors
Do the Studio Condo's have a kitchen?
No, athough there is a kitchen sink, there are no cooking facilities unless specified in the Condo description
Are there any serviced apartments at Tira Tiraa?
No, all Condos are self catering ● Tira Tiraa Condominium does NOT operate as a hotel
What if I wish to extend my stay?

Can I bring pets with me?
Pets are not allowed
What happens if I break something?

Do you allow anyone to use the swimming pool?
No, only co-owners and tennants can use the swimming pool
Do you provide transfers from the airport?
No, but you can ask the Service Manager who can arrange this for you or take a look at the airport bus transfer service to Hua Hin **
