The Committee is pleased to offer a discount for cleaning service for tenants (all room types) having cleaning every 3rd day a week (or more)
The discount will be 100 ฿aht per time
The discount does not include as follows:

- Big cleaning 1st time after a period with no visitors
- Big cleaning when unit owner or tenant is moving out of the apartment
- Cleaning service during overtime working (after 17.00 hours)
- Cleaning service less than 2 times a week
